@Riot [Gameplay] QoL Buff for the Semi-locked Camera

I saw some threads about it when it first came out but seems like Riot had not heard about it, so I'm trying again.

It would be very nice if space could actually center the camera on yourself in semi-locked mode. It's actually the only thing that prevents me (and I believe I'm not alone) to use it.

When I first heard of it, I said myself "I can finally have nearly all the advantages of unlocked camera without actually having to spend a lot of time into learning it" and when I saw space didn't work, I was quite disappointed :(
