Well, at this point it does not matter who is strong since the season is over. The question is who will be strong at the start of next season.

Lucian is one of the best adcs. He's been consistenly played by professional players for the past 2 seasons. Tristiana is another adc played by pros, but I see Lucian more often. He was often either played or banned at worlds.
