Champion IP doesn't factor into champion strength.

It use to be instant, so it did get nerfed.

It already was nerfed before. Be happy it isn't still instant cast like his early days.

It doesn't need to be nerfed for very obvious reasons

I just don't think it should stay on the battlefield as long as it does. Having to choose between a (more or less) 3 second snare or a 1.5-2.5 stun just feels really shitty.

it is actually easy to avoid, play him some yourself and you will find it weak :)
