It'll be great if you guys can make it so that he is not giving himself a near permanent speed boost upon any combination of 3 autos/Qs, while also permaslowing me with his Q. Even if I dodge it he can still keep in range with that MS, and keep trying cause that 60% refresh mechanic you guys thought would be cool. Yeah that's all, that'll just be swell.
