Did you get enough cs? Because supports can get as much cs as they like when laning phase is over. Did you buy pinks? Did you place enough wards? Did you help secure the dragon? Did you help secure the Baron? That's all I can say, if you didn't do most of that, then you won't get a hextech chest. And also, did you already get an S on Thresh?
