They did fix it; it was broken for years

His E is fine, his W however isn't.

His W is dependent on his E. His unlandable E makes his W pointless

Just that his E not beeing a save stun is a good and important thing, and it is far from unlandable, just more complicated. W however needs to be adjust to funktion on it's own without the E stun now.

No. Maybe low rank bronze players can run into it, but no one else does ever.
