I feel like we should be able to see our given role before accepting a queue

With me, personally it doesn't matter. I'm a support main, I'm going to get it pretty much 100% of the time. But then you have a jungle main who queue's as jungle/fill or jungle/mid, because you are forced to pick two roles this season, and does either sub-par or terribly in the other role. Usually it happens when people queue up for the same role, so you'll have two jungle mains in your team playing jungle/mid or jungle/top, and you can outright tell that someone is -not- comfortable in their given role, and when you have two people on the same team that main the same role and one does poorly in-game, that's usually when the in-fighting occurs. The two end up blowing up at each other, -blah blah blah I should have jungled/topped/mid- and it more than not ends up as a loss.

And if you have two jungle mains in your queue, you can bet your ass one of them isn't giving it up, and with that I've had a good amount of pre-game flaming and tilt. I'd honestly rather wait a bit more time in queue for people to be able to get their comfort role. Dynamic queue's wait time is already garbage, I sometimes get 10m+ queue's as a goddamn support, so taking a few more minutes won't bother me, Riots already taken like 5 years of my life.
