is the most feelsbadman assassin in history. The fact that you have to wait for your passive to charge for 4 seconds means that whenever you want to burst someone you just end up doing zero dmg. I think her passive needs a massive buff (4 seconds to like 2 or 1) so she can actually burst people instead of waiting for eternity to do any dmg at all. Also her R.R ulty combo is really pointless.

The 4 second part is how long it lasts before it fades away.
