so why am i only getting 13-16LP per win

then i lose 20-26LP per loss

its getting awfully hard to climb and tearing my mental

Your MMR is below what Riot expects for your rank, so the system gives you less LP per win and more LP per loss to fix that.

As you play your MMR will get back to where it should be (either growing to the point where it matches or your rank falling to match your MMR), so the only fix is to keep playing.

You're losing games that the system "expects" you to win. As you win games, it places you against slightly "better" opponents, as you lose it does the opposite. The system's goal is to put you where you belong, 50% win rate.

It's preseason, stop playing ranked and tanking your MMR before the season starts.
