UNFair Matchmaking Queue Ban

So i just logged on to league and started to find a match... after 3 min of waiting for a game i decided to close the queue and start it again then i get a message for saying "Because you have abandoned a game during champ select or declined to many games you are unable to join".

Wtf? i haven't declined a game nor left one? i just got tired of waiting in the queue and decided to close it and restart find match making?.....

This is just unfair and a nuisance to me.
