Annie Tibbers.

This is the most broken thing I have seen in the game now. Tibbers 1 shots you pretty much and if you just manage to get away he chases you down like the energizer bunny, he just keeps going and going and going. PLaying Caitlyn I understand he will do tons of damage but 1103 is a bit much please nerf.
