Bring Back URF w/o the rules and restrictions

I've been apart of the league community for several years now, and i really enjoyed URF and being able to pick my own champion, and not having a bunch of restrictions on champs. URF used to be a wonderful game mode for people to try stuff that wouldn't work without the ultra rapid fire, and the restrictions you have placed on champions such as teemo have really just super duper made URF not fun, and it would be Amazing if you guys at riot would bring it back soon, but without all the dumb stuff that makes it not fun. We want broken champs in URF, not rules and restrictions.
