Fizz is too broken

I feel like Fizz deals too much damage and needs a nerf, he will 100-0 anyone with like no AP. I got 100-0 as Ahri while Fizz takes no turret damage. He needs a nerf please and Ahri a buff*[sg-shisa]*

Fizz is probably the most balanced assassin in the game. His lane phase is one of the most punishable in the game, since he can ONLY all in, and can be harassed easily. He also doesn't have any escape routes after he all-ins in a teamfight.

If you really have that much of a problem with him, you're probably doing something wrong.
