Let's talk about live spectating
Okay, so before anyone starts ranting about how unfair and game breaking it would be to have a live spectator mode, hear me out. Whenever you spectate a game, you're watching it on a three minute delay. This is obviously set in place to prevent you from helping your friends by becoming an annoying-ass, never-ending twisted fate ult. But keep in mind that the only reason you would be able to do so is because you can remove the fog of war and see the game from both sides. But the solution to his problem is actually quite simple. In live spectator mode, you would only be allowed to see the match from one team's perspective (whoever you right clicked spectate on.) Basically, you're unable to see or point out anything that the team doesn't already know. I also assume that even with a live spectating system, the game would still be a few seconds behind. So it's very unlikely that you would provide any sort of tactical advantage for either side. This is just an idea, but it's one that should be considered. Now there may be some issues with this, so let's talk about it in the comments. And if anyone from Riot is reading this, please talk to us and tell us what you think.
