HEy Guys !Vayne I recently bought a new PC. (with a Nvidia GTX 960)

PC: -Intel I7 6700K -16 GB Ram -256 GB SSD -EVGA GTX 960

Now, when i start a Normal/Custom Game my FPS are from the beginning at 7-21. This is so annoying! In other games (CS:GO, Minecraft, BO3, ...) the FPS are always above than 50-60.

I hope you can help me with my Problem.

Check to make sure your in game settings are set appropriately (resolution), and download the latest drivers for your card

Your monitor most likely is connected to your Intel card then.

You have a separate port on the spot your gfx card is installed at (usually that is) so connecting your monitor with the gfx card should fix the problem.

Basically LoL doesn't utilize the GTX card due to wrong connections.

Need a lot more information than that. What else do you have running, correct drivers, multiple monitors? What resolution? Etc.. This game is not intensive what so ever so it is something else on your PC causing this

Are you playing on Ultra High settings? Try switching it down.

Also, close any other applications, such anything that is currently running in the background.

I can run League on Ultra with >120 FPS (I keep it capped at that) with a GTX 750 ti. A 960 is several steps up from that, so it should run it no problem

I can run this game ultra on my gtx 6 at 120 capped or considerably higher without cap, it's not the ingame settings, it's drivers or hardware that's spooking.

i cant answer your question. im just here because im wondering what this random vayne is doing there. the pic has no correlation with the rest of the post.

the only tip i have, is to check if your on board graphic chip is deactivated, and if the system is trying to run the game on that thing instead of your graphics card. shit like this has been known to happen.

Clapping meme, along with facepalm meme? What message are you conveying here?

It is possible, with new release hardware, to view older languages that aren't utilizing it properly, to assume that it doesn't have the protocols to run it. Kind of like inserting a 128GB mSD Card into a phone with 32GB capacity upgrade, or, certain programs not set up to detect 4 processors, and the processor automatically views this and throttles it to do it as if it were only 1 processor.

Try uninstalling your drivers and see if that helps. (I know, but if it were expensive, it was plug and play). Then install the latest updates for everything. Sometimes this helps, especially with functions that aren't the keyboard keys or two mouse buttons because every Windows update finds a way to f099 me, like disabling audio.

So as people have suggested make sure it's plugged in right

If the new drivers don't work for you, keep trying older drivers, maybe one works that'll give you better FPS.
