Not doing anything about these toxic trolls are making the good guys leave

For a little background, I have been playing ranked since season 3. I peaked at Diamond 1 in season 4, but that was back when I would play A LOT. I am talking 8-12 ranked games a day. Now, I just play with my friends for something to do while I relax.

However, ranked has been anything BUT relaxing. In my opinion, the intentional feeding, trolls, flaming, all of this has gotten so much worst in the past. I remember complaining about these problems back in s4, s5, however, it wasn't this frequent. I get an intentional feeder for WHATEVER reason (whether it be they don't like a champ someone is playing, a bad play early. or he might have just said something that bothers him) every other game. This is taking a toll on the good players that play this game.

A lot of my friends who have been playing league since season 3/4 have been quitting League. I asked them why and they all give the same reason. Intentional trolls/ feeders are too frequent. I am fully convinced that riot doesn't care about int feeders and trolls. I know a couple guys who TROLL and INT because they think it's funny and I HAVE REPORTED them SINCE SEASON 3. Yet they are still playing the game impacting games.

I'm not sure if this is happening, but from my point of view, a lot of the players who just play the game correctly ( not flaming, working as a team to win) are leaving because they don't want to deal with the constant trolls that are in every ranked game.
