Unbalanced Game

I understand why you would prefer an unbalanced game so that people buy the strongest meta champion and because they are so fkin op and people buy the skins as well. But, it takes all the fun out of the game. Remember that in S2, Pros are remembered by their mains. Now, it's just depends on who the fk plays the meta champ better than others, not even faker can play Ahri in the worlds just because she is not in the fkin meta. I guess my opinion does not matter anymore as I already bought all champ and at least one skin for every single fkin champion. But now I'm uninstalling this game, and I hope you are happy with your revenue this year.

Goodbye league.

Rito always wins, the only way to beat Rito is not to play at all.

Considering patch cycles, it's not like they'll be able to point out the broken crap immediately, especially since things like Quinn were completely sleeper and bubbled up to practically show that Lethality was overbuffed. Same for Graves who fell off the face of the planet before this buff.

If you expect the game to work against your favor by a company like Riot then you weren't really trying to think about what goes into balancing to begin with. And that's fine. You're a gamer, not a game designer. Hope you enjoy whatever other game you play. As for me though, I'm gonna stick it out and play the champions I genuinely enjoy past the problems I'm seeing now.

Also going to note, tank meta completely smashes this oneshot meta since it has terrible scaling. But people apparently find it more boring than oneshot the everything, so we aren't seeing that at all in most of soloq. Ironic that because people want to have fun they'll either smash or get smashed in this meta.

Ahri isn't even meta, but people are crying for her nerfs.

Riot is a company that cares about Money and i'm pretty sure creators of LoL are not part of that company anymore, also its chinese company now and all they care about is profit and keeping the game just enought balanced so people would still play it.

Hey, bro.

Unbalanced game isn't because Riot wants to make the $$$

Unbalanced is due to Riot trying to balance around pros and the casual playerbase. Of course when we try to balance around the top-tier of pro play we hear "Ugh Riot catering to the LCS AGAIN u g h" as players ask for more Yasuo nerfs.

People could play their mains back then because you required less game sense to play. You just needed the ability to play one single champion.

Now since people are smarter and use a variety of tricks, the meta champions are those that abuse those tricks the best.

Faker back then could play anything he wanted because he was a god on all of those champions as well as good at that game sense. He has gotten better but so has just about everyone. They all have that game sense because Faker's knowledge is mainstream and heavily copied. Nowadays, you need every little edge you can get and picking the best champions is no exception to that rule. Thus, even Faker needs to follow it.

This is imo real death of LoL. LoL numbers go up but its usually little children that bring good money I might add. But the more mature players are leaving. You seem like another one of thone players that have been here for a while and have huge potential to teach others but you leave just as plenty of others. Some go for Dota and some like me think even math or chemistry (yes school subjects) and their use in rl are much much more fun than a game where only 3 champs per role are made super broken and than nerfed.

This game got bigger than itself, now its pure comertion, since E-sports are the real money now the people playing are secondary. GG WP riot

What are your proposals to having a "perfectly" balanced game? What's stopping people (or pros) to have mains and play them consistently, even if they aren't in the meta? Last time i checked, meta isn't the law around these parts. It's just a trend that shows what's the most viable thing you can play/do but that doesn't mean everything below that is shit tier.

But i get what you're saying. I main Morgana myself and although i can say that she's in a very decent spot, there's only so much ELO she's viable in and then her performance tanks significantly, in favor of the meta generalists. But at the same time, i can't complain a Janna is a better support than her because she was meant to support.

Ahri in the worlds just because she is not in the fkin meta.

Ahri has been picked in lck like 3 times already this season (although the players who used her didn't really do shit to impact the game other than 1-2 kills 2 minutes before game is over)

Yeah, in my time playing this game, this is one of the crappiest feeling state of the game. It may do with the champions I play, but it still feels like crap.
