His invis used to work like shacos where you are just straight invisible.
Now it works like Twitch and Eve.

On a serious note, though; He's attributing Rengar's Stealth being classed as Camouflage as to why he's "useless" - which is wrong on a lot of fronts. Holistically, Rengar has a pretty tough kit to work with, and I think the biggest problem he has is his Bonetooth Necklace creating a feast-or-famine playstyle for him.
Either he gets kills, gets Bonetooth Necklace stacks, and goes on a rampage, or he doesn't, and he doesn't, and he doesn't. And then he's practically just a Bola-Strike bot for the rest of the match.
