Bots in the twisted treeline

This has become a huge issue in 3v3 blind pick, recently 3 out of four games that i play in this mode have bots that are there to farm xp to sell the leveled accounts, and often there will be one on each team. I don't know what about 3v3 makes it so prone to bots or difficult to find them, but they are everywhere. if riot could find a way to reduce or eliminate these bots that would be great. i know that this particular mode isn't that popular, but it is likely the source of a lot of smurf accounts so helping with this would help with smurfs as well.

Also am unsure where to best put this so that riot sees it.

remove the botting and stuff then we should have less toxic automatic lvl 30s lol

I had a break from gaming for a year or so, and got back to play, my favorite is 3x3 because I'm a casual player and 5x5 is usually too professional for me (the players there are more angry if I play bad, despite I'm an average player, sometimes I win sometimes loose, but not a dumb feeder noob).

Today I played 3x3 and realized they're all 5 bots, because not my team and not their team replied to chat messages.

Why riot allows this farming + selling accounts ecosystem to exist? If you search in google, there are tons of ads of "buy LOL accounts", why Riot doesn't care??

(and it's so easy to detect and ban them, I work in IT, with databases and stuff, I know for sure, it's SOOO freakin easy to detect and ban bots in a game like LOL, trust me, I can do it with a single database query, will find all history of accounts who were farmed automatically on 3x3)
