Can I be ban for this app?

As you can see it is a overlay app. The thing I am worried about is being ban as they have a app called killer voices. Where you can change the announcer to someone else. They do it by muting her and playing there sound instead.

I am using this app right now and if it is banable I will stop. It doesnt do anything but allow me to laugh about my team feeding and allowing me to not tilt. It cannot play the game.. It does not tell me what and why and where to be. Just a cool voice saying " Kiill revenge " or " Who is your daddy and what does he do " when I kill someone.
