What happened to reporting unskilled?

This was the only useful report option. Is Riot telling me they never took my 1,000 unskilled reports seriously?

Maybe this community is broken.

Riot has never taken the "unskilled" report seriously, it was there to placate the nerdrage of angry players.

I actually can't believe that people think you should be able to report people for being unskilled.

Think about that for a second. Do you really want to report someone because they're not good at a game?

No bro, obviously nobody is unskilled, they just have bad games, they die 15 times because they had a bag game.

Unskilled shouldn't be a preseason option anyway, it's just practice. Reporting for unskilled should only be apart of ranked and during the regular season. When games matter.
