Will Nunu be a part of the Vanguard update ?

Ahmm,I have a question,is Nunu gonna get a full VGU or be a part of the vanguard update ? I mean,i don't know what he is,a tank,not totally,a fighter,not totally,a bruiser,definitely not,plus he has a Legendary skin which for me is worth 520 rp,might you consider this proposal ?

He apparently isn't getting any changes in the Tank update aside from what all Tanks are getting, system-wise and item-wise and so on.

omg why are they still neglecting Nunu like this? He's so out of everything in this meta or game in general I can't even, but no - hey - let's rework Galio or Evelynn.
