Why do you keep adding champions when the ones that are present aren't even properly balanced. Playing Leagues of Legends is fun, but Summoner's Rift can get old. Why not adding a few more maps instead of adding new champions? Maybe a 4 vs 4 mode, or a 2 vs 2 , or few other maps for 5 vs 5 instead? Not different game modes, just different maps.
no need to sacrifice new champions for a new map, just halt on making a new champion and work on a map. the problem then is that the player base gets struck thin and queue times will be longer for all game modes.
it's impossible to balance the maps, maps are unbalanced in Heroes of the storm as well, on some maps certain heroes are straight up garbage and you lose if you don't pick the heroes strongest on that map, don't want to see that in LoL
I'd like alternating 5v5 maps
theyre scared that splitting the player base between too many game modes will increase que times.
however there is no real argument against more map skins. id love to see bilgewater bridge make a return and rotate with the howling abyss throughout the year.
even if theyre different maps from a technical side and its more complicated than having a skin rotate. they should be capable of just swapping the two out on a patch by patch cycle.
maybe even make more map skins that rotate with those two.
i just want more map skins, like a void themed map, or a map that changes weather and i want them to be permanent not eventful like blood moon or the Christmas map
Riot has tried this before, but they're not willing to put any effort into maintaining the maps, so people lose interest, and eventually the map is removed. I'd love to see something like Ascension be a permanent game mode, as LoL lacks a fast PvP-centric game mode right now, but Riot has gone through much effort to kill any diversity in the last few years.
Are you dumb, No one cares about most of the maps we have today, a fraction of people regularly play twisted treeline and aram and riot has cut down on exes maps because so little of the player base cares its not worth their time, if riot did this it would hurt league for more players that want and will use this lowering the games quality, Maps skins tho, those are sexy
Problem with more maps = less people playing same map = longer que times = more auto fill = no fun
People should go play HotS if they want a variety of maps. I like the (mostly) singular map in LoL because it's familiar. To me it's like watching a basketball or football game. The playing field is consistently the same for a reason. I enjoy watching the teams compete, not how well they understand goofy mechanics.
If they were to do more maps, they would literally be the same thing, just different colors.
Kind of like with the snow one.
They can't have different maps and expect people to play on the same level in each map.

Go play HOTS if you want more maps. Riot wants to keep people on the rift. And I agree with that.
Adding a champion makes the extra effort to balance it in the light of all the other champions. Adding a map makes the extra effort of having to re balance all of the champions and items, on top of new mechanics. There is a reason many of the alternate maps/gamemodes don't get a lot of change or attention.
I would like to see more maps, but I do like the consistent (or so to speak) champions. 
I'll be down for new maps if I can trust Riot to not pull a Dominion on them.
I highly doubt they ever add a new permanent map. It's more likely we'll get them in the RGM queue like Dark Star Singularity.
Please no. It's bad enough Blizzard thinks that releasing new maps out the asshole will make HoTS better
