well in my honest opinion, there arent really specific builds that are the best... when you create a build its like an extention of your champions power. It all depends on your experience as a player and how you like your character to play. for me , im a crappy ADC ask any of my friends XD. anyways they help me with my builds as much as they can.

for me the best build for would be ( _** , , , , , .)
for it would be( it would be the same but instead of it would be .

as you can see you may have a different build idea for these champions all i know is my friends are op when they have completed their builds.. but a lot of people don't have time to complete their full build in the game. either due to the fact that they have been defeated or they keep dying (me XD)

The base finished build is similar to mine but once i've finished my build on jinx I get item 3094 or item 3046 (if I wanted to play safe) selling item 3095 . Also I sell item 3006 too for get another item (usually item 3035 upgrade or item 3156 ). Tristana is similar but I get item 3087 instead of .

I found success for trist with stormrazor, RFC, IE, with the intent to sell storm razor for a second, situational zeal. If they're squishy and there arent any threats I'm particularly threatened by, I'll get a shiv for more damage. If I'm worried about getting blown up, I'll get a PD. And if I want more AoE damage(rare lately) I get a runaan's. Runes I tend to use fleet still because trist gets poked out pretty badly. You can take PTA with a sustain support(nami or soraka if shes actually going to max heal) or if you're confident.
