Teemo Mushrooms and Oracle
I am a teemo main currently in diamond 5 who played up through gold this season. In the earlier rankings there was not much of an issue with oracles and mushrooms because most of the players in those leagues did not understand the concept of countering mushrooms with oracle when mushrooms were layed, even during late game. Now in the higher elo rankings almost all games there are at least 2-3 people who buy oracles which is FREE and have no way for teemo's ultimate to COUNTER this. This disables teemo's ultimate and makes him almost useless. My suggestion for Oracle change is below -
- Make Oracle and Mushrooms based on a number counter -
EXAMPLE 1:
When R is placed random number generator assigns number to mushroom.
Mushroom is assigned number 34
Enemy team then purchases Oracles
Oracle is used near mushroom which was assigned number 34
Oracle also cast a random number generator
Oracle is assigned number 12 for this cast.
Compare mushroom to oracle number , if both under 50 then mushroom becomes revealed.
EXAMPLE 2:
When R is placed random number generator assigns number to mushroom.
Mushroom is assigned number 34
Enemy team then purchases Oracles
Oracle is used near mushroom which was assigned number 34
Oracle also cast a random number generator
Oracle is assigned number 74 for this cast.
Compare mushroom to oracle number , in this case both numbers are not under 50, so mushrooms stays invisible.
This gives mushrooms 50/50 chance of being revealed. Using multiple oracles in one area generate different numbers.
So if teemo is 2v1 with two oracles this gives advantage that mushroom may be revealed if both cast oracles. I believe this is fair and gives decent game play and randomness to outcomes of mushrooms and fights. Rather than just having someone cast oracles and run at teemo to smash his face in. PLEASE FIX THIS RIOT. Thank you.
