Teemo Mushrooms and Oracle

I am a teemo main currently in diamond 5 who played up through gold this season. In the earlier rankings there was not much of an issue with oracles and mushrooms because most of the players in those leagues did not understand the concept of countering mushrooms with oracle when mushrooms were layed, even during late game. Now in the higher elo rankings almost all games there are at least 2-3 people who buy oracles which is FREE and have no way for teemo's ultimate to COUNTER this. This disables teemo's ultimate and makes him almost useless. My suggestion for Oracle change is below -

  1. Make Oracle and Mushrooms based on a number counter -

EXAMPLE 1: When R is placed random number generator assigns number to mushroom.
Mushroom is assigned number 34 Enemy team then purchases Oracles Oracle is used near mushroom which was assigned number 34 Oracle also cast a random number generator Oracle is assigned number 12 for this cast. Compare mushroom to oracle number , if both under 50 then mushroom becomes revealed.

EXAMPLE 2: When R is placed random number generator assigns number to mushroom.
Mushroom is assigned number 34 Enemy team then purchases Oracles Oracle is used near mushroom which was assigned number 34 Oracle also cast a random number generator Oracle is assigned number 74 for this cast. Compare mushroom to oracle number , in this case both numbers are not under 50, so mushrooms stays invisible.

This gives mushrooms 50/50 chance of being revealed. Using multiple oracles in one area generate different numbers.
So if teemo is 2v1 with two oracles this gives advantage that mushroom may be revealed if both cast oracles. I believe this is fair and gives decent game play and randomness to outcomes of mushrooms and fights. Rather than just having someone cast oracles and run at teemo to smash his face in. PLEASE FIX THIS RIOT. Thank you.

I like this idea.

I've thought about this before and was thinking, instead of disabling the mushrooms just have them be shown under the oracles, and not disabled. I think that would work well, but then again your idea seems more like a riot concept :).

I see where this is going, but there is one small problem.... RNG might be a serious pain in the ass, in a game where skill is the thing that counts. Honestly I'd rather have them completely undetectable, but doing that would make Teemo's ult impossible to counter as well. So every option, including the current state of the shrooms, would be debatable.

However, there is one thing that might work. Oracle does detect Teemo shrooms and that should remain that way, otherwise it'd be an OP shroom problem. Teemo shrooms shouldn't become visible at all times either; that'd be pointless since they will only be disabled and never explode.

Solution? Let the shrooms remain detectable, but indestructable (other than expiring or blowing up). That way enemies will be aware of the shrooms, but at least poor, tiny Teemo is able to set up a play without having to worry about his traps being disabled all the time.

It's just an idea of how (imo that is) the shrooms could work much better without having to rely on luck. A very interesting thought, tho.

On another note - teemo's AA is still broken. It casts sometimes and does the animation with no damage occurring. What's up with that riot?? Wish we could get some feedback on this.

Teemo doesn't need buffs.
