Kleptomancy-Cull Draven is super strong in Solo-Queue

Kleptomancy on Draven works incredibly well with how his w resets on axe catches, allowing for easy in and out auto's. Draven tends to win extended trades, and early lane short trades are usually even give his early AS steroid and auto attack damage. Using Kleptomancy with cull creates a strong insurance policy, offering the player extreme benefits for last hitting/playing for poke. Only last hitting will tend to push the enemy wave towards you, which puts you closer to your side of the lane and making it harder for the enemy jungler to gank. Playing for poke between wave management allows you to wittle the enemy down while they are on your side of the lane, gathering klepto-loot and making them more susceptible to fatal ganks. Paired with an early vamp sceptre and sustain support, you will be printing money, and gain a bonus 350(plus what you sell the cull for) gold at ~11 - 12 minutes.
Assuming nothing but smart farming and well placed auto attacks happen in the lane, you're making way more money than the enemy. If your jungler exploits the enemy position or helps in any way to push them out or get you kills, you snowball exponentially harder, given you already have a lead in gold. God forbid you manage to get your passive off. Try it out. It's fun and it really works.

Cull is a good start on any adc especially if your supp is running relic shield. But I've tried to explain the klepto cull combo to people and apparently rank = knowledge lol 😂.

If rank = knowledge, I think my decayed D4 NA account of the same name ought to be a perfectly valid title for discussing solo queue meta.
