Should I make a new account

Alright so I kinda want to make a new account but im a little undecided. First of all I want to move to the nord american server. Right now im in EUNE and jesus I hate this server. There are alot of trolls, most of my teammates are noobs and the most important thing of all there are alot of language issues. Most of the players are speaking in polish and most of them can't even understand english. Players are really freaking stubborn and they're reporting another players for nothing. Is really annoying to be here and I want to have teammates to talk with btw. Besides this I have another reason which seems pretty stupid. I hate the name that I have lol. I made this account like a year or two ago and now I started playing again on this because of the champions that I had on and because of the IP that I own. Anyway at first I thought that this name is amazing BUT now pisses me off. Alright so thats it. The thing is that i'm a little lazy and i've tried before to make another one but I gave up. This time i'm asking for your opinion guys and if you say yes then I'll give up on this account and make another one

You can always change your name with 13900 ip. Sure as hell know I did. 15 year old me was edgier than was good for myself.

That being said note that changing servers will change nothing but the language barrier. People are the same all over the world.

Note that if you are willing to part with a bit of money you can transfer your account and all your champs/skins over to NA.

Yeah I know about this but I don't want to pay 2600 RP for transfer and another 1300 for changing my name and anyway this account isn't very spectacular. Doesn't really deserves that

Well it really just comes down to how much you want to speak with (almost always) 9 other english speakers.

It is faster to earn the ip for a name change than make a lv 30 account so that point is negligible.

Nothing else will change so it is purely a language based decision.

You can't escape trolls/bad players because they're on every server. Also, you shouldn't switch servers just because you want to change your summoner name; you can do that with IP and RP. So if these are your only reasons for wanting to change servers, I would recommend you stay where you are.
