How come Teemo's blind doesn't stop Ekko's dash strike? It's an empowered auto.
Teemo should be able to counter this with his blind, as far as I can tell it still hits and is absolutely dumb. Fix this.

His AA does not hit, but magic damage from E will work, as well as passive stack/proc. That is how blinds work
