[Poll/Suggestion] Match Making Algorithm: Toxicity factor

Problem: people have smurfs so bans don't cure toxicity ... Suggestion: Modify match making algorithm so toxic players have to play with/against each other. Something as simple as report count could be a factor, or be more creative. This way we can all play with like minded people.
