Tahm Kench with Phase rush is broken
Idk if it's intentional but after tahm kench procs phase rush and eats you he moves at the speed of sound into his team and it's kinda ridiculous imo.

One of my main runes I use on 
- I much prefer Phase Rush over Aftershock, Grasp, and Guardian.
Sounds like a bug. Slow resistance is never supposed to apply to self-imposed slows.

The old kidnapping Tahm runes. Instant classic.
The problem is that phase rush will often proc before you need it and very few people are stupid nough to fall for it. I've played tahm top quite a bit, but after the first few weeks into Rune Reforged, people wised up and rarely underestimated the champ and rune combination. So unless you also plan on building some attack speed on Tahm, I honestly wouldn't recommend Phase Rush.
