Getting an S- on Hecarim????

So how am I supposed to get an S- or above on hecarim??? What does it take? I've had so many (in my opinion) good games with him, (11/3/10) or (16/4/12). For whatever reason, i can seem to get above a B+ with him. Is anyone else having the same issue as me? I'm almost lv 5 hec and I want to know what kind of kda in need or gold/cs count I need to get an S- or above so that when I get to it, I can get him to a lv 6/7.

farm more and ward even more

What kind of cs count r we talking about? I'm getting around 150 each game. And with the warding, I think I'm actually pretty adamant about my ward placements.
