Very destroyed matchmaking and stupid player's behavior

Riot I think you have to improve this matchmaking because people in my last 4 games and big time before always argued with me and they always told that "YOU ARE FUCKING NOOB" or "THIS IDIOTIC DIANA HELPS MASTER TO WIN IT" . Words "fuck" or "noob" are used always in each game. Unfortunately I have to talk that matchmaking in this game and this game's way to ban players is very strange. And I know that i will get a lot of hates under this post but it will be reason to think about banning them. Riot please just read it and repair it. Thank you.
