Ahri Ultimate Cooldown in ARAM game not correct

Durrng my recent (within last half hour) Ahri ARAM (Poro King) match...my ultimate did not have the 82.5s cooldown reflected within the tooltip help. Is this a bug? Is anyone else having this issue? First game seeing this issue...will report more as i play

one really fucking isolated incident about a week ago i was master yi jungle in a ranked game like 4/3/3 so shits ok. we do a teamfight and i ult then my ult just broke... it would permantly be on cooldown like the cd was 5000 hours or something. rest of the game i had no ult and relogging did nothing. maybe its linked?
