Does Riot actually listen to its playerbase?

Hey Riot games people who work there and created this game. Whats the deal with all the common gripes and toxic playerbase? Is there really no other way your collective of brains could figure out another system that doesnt keep players from actually enjoying this game? Rather than keeping people coming back only because of what they have invested in this game time and money wise? What other incentive is there if the game is filled with toxic players who report people for nothing? and then your system screws it up, and your support staff act like a bunch of robot communists as well, either you adhere to their rules of not saying what they consider curse words, or they will literally ban your account

Riot only listens to people who have enough backing to hurt their product. They pretty much ignore the other 90%.

I do agree on wanting toxic behavior be out of this game, however realistically there's not a whole lot they can really do. Its a free to play game people who get banned often just make a new account and do it all over again. I do not agree on the support being "a bunch of robot communists" all of my support tickets have been pretty good actually even got a toxic player banned through Riot Support. You can also curse in chat its how you use said words is what delivers the ban. I say shit fuck ass all the time but never use them to flame people not once have I been banned or chat restricted. However things like the N word have zero tolerance for good reason and to me that seems fair regardless if its just a meaningless word.

No. And they shouldn't. Because what their base wants is their character (s) to be over powered.
Everything else is smoke screen for that.
