Can someone tell me a bit about Yorik, Rumble, Sejuani, and Vi?

I was wondering if people could tell me a bit about yorik, rumble, and vi? I'm that guy who likes to play all the underrated and never played heroes, but someone in a recent game told me that Yorik is really bad. Id like to know a bit about him because I kinda want to buy him but idk if I should or not. Same goes for Rumble and Vi. Ive never seen either of them played before, and was wondering if someone who owns them could give me a bit of info on them so I can know what the deal is with them, and why they're never played.
Also, who do you people think some of the least played or underrated champs are?

Yorick - super toxic laning phase got him nerfed. His late game is also abysmal. He isn't unplayable, in my opinion, but he is up for a rework soon, so I wouldn't put work into learning him right now.

Rumble - has also been in a bad spot recently, but has been strong and seen in the LCS before. Again, maybe a little difficult to learn, especially with cs'ing, but a decent champ. Usually thought of as an AP bruiser. Learning him might pay off; I don't think he's gonna get reworked soon, but he's probably the hardest to play on this list.

Vi - after nerfs, she's much weaker. Again, used to be very very strong and picked frequently in LCS. Her ult, though, is considered to be somewhat unfair because it lacks counterplay. She tends to be strong when her ult does an unfair amount of damage for how much cc it brings, and she's weak when she can't blow people up with it. It's a single target point-n-click guaranteed initiation, which has proven hard to balance. I think she'll be reworked eventually due to that, but if you like her, she might be worth investing in. I would recommend trying to run her in pick comps to blow up priority targets quickly and control objectives.

Sej - during cinderhulk meta was nearly 100% pick/ban in LCS play. Her strength is a very strong AoE initiation coupled with some AoE damage and tankiness. You use her with teamfight comps and try to burst the enemy team down quickly with a good initiation. Since cinderhulk got less popular, she's seen a lot less play. A lot of the community has been pretty angry that she got nerfs right before the cinderhulk item got nerfs, and then her individual nerfs stayed. It was a huge drop in power pretty quickly. She'll get buffed again if she continues to be weak. If you like teamfighting comps, Sej is a great champ, but again, maybe a little on the weak side right now. I would probably choose amumu over her right now, as they are somewhat similar (amumu is less tanky with more AP damage, usually).

I think Riot's OK with that ability as long as it's her ult with a high cooldown timer. I think Vi not being popular is just a product of the meta and where number changes due to balance patches have happened to put her. Her win rate right now is pretty decent too so I think it's wrong to act like Riot doesn't like her or is planning a rework.

Gypsylord always uses her ult as an example of what he likes about Vi's design because it's iconic and gives Vi a niche that she will always be better at than other champions.

I was mostly referring to a spotlight they did on Vi awhile back where the original designer (don't remember who) said they wished they hadn't used that as her ult. I distinctly remember that person saying they would like to go back and re-design it.

Riot may like it. And it'll probably stay that way for awhile. But I stand by my statements. She's weak after the damage nerfs because she can't blow people up, and if that changes, expect her to be spammed in the LCS like she used to be. It's incredibly hard to balance a damage dealing champ with that much lock-down and have it be fun for both sides. Like many things in this game, it's reached a mostly pleasant equilibrium, but I think in an ideal case it would have more interaction and be more fun in a balanced form, for both sides.

Yorick: Riot intentionally makes sure he is undertuned because his abilities are all targeted with pretty much no counterplay. He basically just wins lane automatically and Riot makes sure that he's so bad in team fights (other than his ult) that it doesn't matter. They want to basically completely rework him but that project is still a ways off

Rumble: Kindof a weird low-range top laner with a lot of magic damage and inherent tankiness. I don't really like playing him but I think he tends to be pretty decent.

Sejuani: The only one of these 4 that I've really played much of. She's a tank with a ton of cc and an incredibly powerful ult. She goes in the jungle and tries to pull off lots of early ganks, then uses her Ult and CC in team fights to clog up the enemy team and let the rest of her team dominate.

Vi: Punch. Punch-punch punch punch. Punch punch. I think Vi is still mainly a jungler but sometimes she shows up top lane. She's a diving fighter with good damage and inherent tankiness. She can also gank pretty well if she lands a charged Q, then if the enemy can't peel her off she WILL take them down. Her ult is an incredibly powerful diving tool that takes her straight to the carry and locks them down.

Well Yorik summons ghost like minions which can help him fight and has an ult that creates a clone of someone and if the person it cloned dies they get to be sudo rezed (sort of like Sion passive). However all of his moves are summons and if the other team kills one of your summons they get gold for it... So it a champion that can help the other team snowball and get a gold lead and there are other ults that do what he does but better.

Rumble is more or less a top lane caster, he has no mana but he has something to the effect of an overheat bar. once it gets full his next ability does extra damage but then he can't cast spells for a bit so you have to learn to manage it correctly. His ult creates a zone in a line (somewhat like Braum) only you get to control its path a bit (like general direction) and a good rumble ult can win team fights in choke points like in a jungle.

Sadly I have not played Vi so I don't have enough of an idea to explain how to use them correctly, but I know she has a dash attack that can go over walls and other then that I can't think of anything from her kit. She is normally a jungler and I want to say she fills the same role as Lee sin but she under preforms next to him at the moment.

Hmm least played champions... I'd say check http://na.op.gg/statistics/champion/ and sort by Games played. Currently the least played champion in ranked is Urgot, I'm guessing it's mostly due to his underwhelming ult but he was played in NA LCS last year for 1 game because he was a counter to Zed and the person actually knew how to play him.

Yorick - the age old "yorick walks into a bar, there is no counter" he has a very opressive yet very stale laning phase, and crap late game sadly.

Rumble - decent I would say, his flamespitter is his bread and butter damage, and his ult can turn fights and engages in your favor, making or breaking the game...
