I'm plat 1 and i don't know how to lane vs yasuo

I am a mid main and the only thing I've played that easily destroyed any yasuo's was rumble but I always get 1st pick when i get mid so kinda beats the point of me predicting if there's a yasuo in game or not. I only play taliyah, syndra, orriana and viktor on mid. I can beat anything that isn't yasuo on these 4 soo... If any of you smart players know how to lane against him and give me tips i would most appreciate it.

(not plat 1 this season, was plat last season by only playing taliyah)

Pop his shield before you try to trade with him, don't try to use your minion wave to fight him if you rely on skillshots, don't ult him while his windwall is up, and dodge his Q. If you do all these things he's not so bad.

Have you tried picking hin up and playing him? Sometimes the best eay to learn is to see what other people do to beat him: either by playing him or watching a lot of stream.

I find that playing the champions I don't like playing against helps me the most.

Never go farther into lane than half way

Watch YOUR wave. Yes the one coming in behind you which he will dash too and use the free movement to harass you back under your tower.

if you are up against a competent yasuo player while playing a mage, well too bad you wont be able to win lane without jungle help you can try to go even but thats it with conqueror he can easily outdamage you theres nothing you will be able to do try to go for short trades and bait his w out (idk its the most retarded ability in the game, its also hard to bait out since most yasuos will wait for your animations to go off before they w) dont stay too cose to your minions well all in all: fuck this champ only counterplay is to hope the player who plays him is bad

I'm no yasuo maybe n and I'm a bronze 2 scrub with sliver mmr so I don't know if this helps. Farm up. Yasuo is a good splitpusher. That doesn't rman you play passive. You want to be aggressive. Wait for them to miss their cc or wind wall it then go in.ike when I'm playing yasuo against arhi, I wait for the charm and I either wind wall it or dodge then I go in. Make sure to always look out for the enemy jg. You have no escape because it's enemy minions. If they show bot and you're top, shove the lane. A video I would show you would be exils how to stop feeding on yasuo video if he didn't take it down. Get your 100% crit then all flat ad.
