Please HOTNERF Sena in ARAM, 68% win rate

Please Please Please hotnerf Sena in ARAM. Her winrate in other game modes is fine, handing around 50%, but in ARAM is 69-70% now! A champ with that win rates means the Sena has have utterly horrendous teammates or an afk, possibly both. Please cut her soul gathing in half at least, she shouldnt get double souls in ARAM like Nasus or others. Nasus has to put his neck on the line get his stacks, and fight both teams, she doesnt have to do ether. Ive never felt like wanting to quite LOL because of a champ in ARAM, the main mode I play, and now i do. After around 7 years of play.

Senna isn't broken lmao. Just play someone with good engage and cc. Leona, Thresh, Alistar, Blitzcrank

Thats... for literally any carry. You can't say a counter to a damage carry is CC because thats not champion specific. And its more difficult for her because her range is nearly Caitlyn's.

Hard engage beats poke though.

Senna is a poke champion.

So saying pick hard engagers like Leona/Alistar isn’t some kind of cop-out catch all answer. It’s perfectly valid and how you’re supposed to beat her.

Its literally the Poke > Sustain > Kill > Poke triangle though

Just like how the Range > Target > Mobility > Range works

Not any carry. Any target who's immobile and squishy. You just engage on them, they die. Rinse and repeat. In bot lane, grab a Leona or Alistar. Every time you come into lane after 3, if they're not under the turret, dive her. It's the same method you do when going against a Sona or Zyra. Don't let them poke you down. Get to lane and immediately kill them, push under tower, go B. Come back, jump them, push, B. Kill, push, B. Kill, push, B. This has been how you deal with supports without insta-stuns for ages. Sonas and Zyras know the bane that is a Leona or Ali who can W+Q combo. If they're within range to AA you, they're within your engage range. Leona E range is 875, far exceeding even the highest of AA ranges. Ali's W is 650, which outranges Senna for 40 stacks of mists. They go to poke, you immediately engage. They die, you win. GG.

Except it's not her, and no one on forums seems to get that. She's gaining 2 Stacks per Wisp atm because they copy/pasted the mechanic they gave thresh.

As I said to the other person here. It very well could be that alone that is breaking her, but I'm not so ready to jump on that bandwagon. Her kit is perfect for Howling Abyss as a map, and is built for 5v5 brawls. I think she will still be S+ tier (though maybe not the ridiculous god she is now) even after the stacking mechanic is nerfed.

In the thread you made, and the posts in it, you mentioned her kit is a problem in ARAM while this thread is about what makes her op in ARAM, her stack rate. She gains stacks constantly in a mode that's basically teamfighting nonstop in a single lane, so she gets all mist sources covered. 2 attacks on a single champion gives her a stack, plus killing/assisting that target gives an additional stack, now like I said, convert that into constantly attacking 5 enemy champs. Additionally, missing minions have a higher chance to drop mist stacks, and cannons drop them 100%, so she never misses those as the game is a single lane of minions. And on top of that, the stacks are doubled because stack gains in aram are buffed. It was the exact same problem as the old Dark Harvest stacking way too fast from constant enemy + ally deaths and enemy + ally cannon minions. DH got hotfixed, and they already mentioned Senna is getting the same treatment in ARAM.

I also agreed that changing her stack mechanic would help, though I didn't know how much. Maybe it'll completely fix her.

In my defense, her kit (alongside the stacking mechanic) IS the problem.

I'm also unconvinced that removing the stacking mechanic will solve the issue. It might, but I'll have to see it to believe it. Her kit just fits too perfectly for ARAM.

New champ isn't broken. The inadvertenty gave her the same handicap they gave Thresh in ARAM: 1 soul = 2 stacks. It's not about HER kit. It's about the compensation they gave a mechanic that used to just be one champion.

We had one hit ~140 stacks at 10 minutes. She could outrange just about everything, including our twitch ulting by 15 minutes lol.

At least on OCE, I've never seen a queue over 5 mins. It's rare for the queue to go over 2 mins.

Also matches lasting 8 mins? Happens rarely, sure...but 80% of them? I really have to question how many ARAMs you've played, or what the MMR was.

now that twisted treeline is gone.. some bots still have fresh mmr in the mode... so if you play in the off hours for your region (1am-6am) they show up, and now more than ever

Got into a game against her where we were one hit from finishing off an enemy but then she pulled up her shroud making him untargetable and firstblooded us instead.

op senna hasn't had her aram tweek yet, she still deals her full damage, and takes the normal amount.. expect the next patch to be something like "senna takes 8-13% more damage and deal 10-15% less"

healing is still reduced globally because of aram but maybe that might take a hit too

I'd actually keep her soul gain the same, instead I would just reduce the bonuses it gives. I mean, if they are gonna give Nasus a bonus for his Q, who says they cant put a penalty on Senna's passive in ARAM?
