Kennen needs to be buffed.
Kennen needs to be buffed, the range on his abilities needs to be increased as well as his damage. He is below balanced.

Maybe he could stand to get a very small buff, but for the most part he's exactly where he should be.... keep in mind Kennen is meant to be a tide-turning champion during team fights. He isn't supposed to be a solo fighter.
