What's up with Yas?

I have seen this champion in every game and I am honestly getting tired of it. The new mastery makes him incredibly strong crit is pulled out of thin air and he only needs 2 items to cap on crit. How is this fair at all considering how incredibly strong he is with next to no cool downs and a double passive. I wish I saw some diversity but it is the same samurai in every game.
