I can tell you who ISN'T going to be OP. AKali. Cause her rework sucks.
But seriously, I can see heavy engage tanks like Alistair, Malphite and Amumu being on the rise. Vayne too, partly because she's good against tanks, partly because she's somewhat safe against assassins, but mostly because all the new assassin items synergize so well with her. But as far as assassins go, Kaz and Talon really got the sweet deal on the update.
