Well What do you know...Velkoz changes on the PBE
4/22 PBE Update: More Tentative Balance Changes
The new Mage changes have not even come out yet and Every1s favorite ball of tentacles
is already seeing changes
Im not here to argue about the damage nerf or the cooldown buff, im here to ask why velkoz is being changed?!?
since I started playing league in late season 3 i have never seen a velkoz BUFF or NERFF, (Wich is seriosly amazing)
But now they haven't even put the new rework on live before changing it!!!!
Velkoz was the second mage i bought after Viktor
and look where that's going........(Screams internally)
Guys im seriosly afraid theyre goin to make Velkoz OP then bring Down the Nerf
Hard.
