Was Silver, now bronze and elo hell is very real

Last season I was silver 4 placing for silver 3 and then ritos lovely placement system put me in bronze 3 (even though I went an even 5-5 which is supposed to be ideal when you are in the right elo). And before you say that if I was good i would climb easy, well tell that to the 10 game span where i was playing ziggs adc and not only won lane but snowballed very hard usually racking up atleast 10 kills less than 5 deaths. Out of those 10 games I only won 2. Everygame I am in either has a troll, an asshole, or someone who just isnt good. Its beyond frustrating that in order to get out of this I am going have to play constantly and not play my main role (support) becuase I cant carry hard enough to make up for the heavier teammates. I understand this is just typical low elo bitching but there is a huge difference betweeen mid bronze and mid silver and this is beyond frustrating bordering on game ruining.
