She is not broken at all. Yasuo and Ekko are way more broken than she is. If you are stupid enough to get owned by a Lux, then you need to go back to bots, because she is pretty easy to kill and easy to dodge her spells.

Honestly I never have an issue with lux even after the buffs. I either just destroy her with Diana or Leblanc, or play veigar or Azir and farm it out safely until a jg comes. I hear many complain about her but I truly don't see it. Explain? And I'm not a lux fan boy. I always thought she was boring af

Her numbers might be a bit too high. Broken? No, she isn't: She has counterplay, is immobile, and is fairly squishy. Her mana costs are pretty high too.
