(Idea) Adding strategic diversity through the gates

So I'm assuming everyone has seen the new gates and I thought of an idea to add more options to push in league. The concept is that the new gates would have health and spells and autos alike could take it down (Not sure how collision abilities like Vi's vault breaker would interact with it but that can be discussed below) After the point where you have taken it down it would stay open for a set amount of time and there would either be Guardians or a capture point (could possibly work with just the gates as well if there was some kind of defensive ability) once you cap or defeat either of the options the inhibitors would be open to take (also not sure on how you would be able to choose inhibitors maybe the mid and the inhibitor on the side of the gate you broke through would be both open making you choose between). I don't think you should be able to take the nexus and its towers but I think this should be another option to pressure lanes In order to make this an high risk and high reward, after the gates, Guardians or capture point have been damaged or capped over 25% any death in the area would count grant a certain buff to the defending team. This is just a post to start off discussion I honestly haven't really thought out how it would affect the game much just thought it was a cool idea and I hope to start up a good discussion.

I would say no just because there is so much material in game that currently exists and needs work/tuning/refining before we should consider adding more things to it. Rushing to release new content without considering or updating the old is why we get game breaking bugs, super OP champion-item combos and bugs. I've seen threads about people not wanting new champions released and rather get all the old ones updated visually/kit-wise first which I might have to agree with.

Lets just take a look at some of the stuff that was newly added in 2014 and its ramifications:

-Lore team trashes all existing storyline for easier pre write ups since they don't have to write around the League itself (lazy writing)

-Azir comes out with fancy new ult/minions (neither of them work properly until the year was nearly over because of bugs)

-Gnar and Kalista with their overloaded kits that are still being tweaked because they have such more abilities / pros than older champions

-The fiasco known as the Cassiopeia rework that hasn't pleased anyone

-New jungle and preseasons with the death of tanky junglers and the god awful Warwick rampage that no one saw coming somehow.

-Zz'rot portal thing that got disabled a bloody day after it came out because it is so easily exploited

Good things that occurred:

-Sion rework in all it's glory -The new map which is awesome visually and playability -Many visual updates and splash arts -many new champs (even though I would have preferred more reworks on old ones).

Overall I'd say I preferred the changes to old existing material that made it better, rather than the new ideas which seem to be shoddy or require so much bug fixing that they eat up so much time. We have over a 100 champions right now and many still need kit-tune ups or visual updates to be on par with these new ones or the LCS BIG PLAY$ champs that get priority. Therefore my vote is No, the game needs updating before new stuff is introduced.
