New Update Not Working

One of the new updates in the newest one included Rengar getting reverted back to his old self (Q takes AP) And Swain has a retexture. Well for me, none of these affects are applying to the game itself. I'm watching youtubers like Nightblue3 playing Rengar with his reverted ability and Swain with his re texture. Is this only for me and is there a way to fix this?

(Just copying this from your other post) The youtubers are playing on the PBE which is different from the live server, on the live server Rengar has not been changed and Swain has not been reworked yet. on the PBE(testing ground) he has.
