Orianna did not get and mana buff

As you know there is a bi load of buffs incoming into tommorows patch. And i as main orianna player i am very dependant on mana potions. Now there will be a big problem. She has almost one of the lowest base mana number and she still doesnt get buff plus her kit is very mana hungry and dependant. Same goes for cassiopeia, but well she isnt that mana hungry as orianna is. You can also check her winrate which is absurdly low with these new changes incoming. Well i think its R.I.P for orianna... new meta only assasins mid i guess.... please comment and lets discuss about this.
