bots bots everywhere

So after my last few bot games with 2-3 player-bots in them I have come to the conclusion riot should not just ban the account caught permanently but also any accounts logged in from that IP for 30 days that log in within x number of hours of the ban going out. The incentive to use automatic bots is very clear, selling accounts with lots of IP/Champions on them or even players who wish to avoid paying riot or using their own time to earn champions like most of us do. This wouldn't be an issue if riot had custom games giving IP but alas that horse is dead and beaten again. It really ruins the experience for new players that join up and lose against bots over and over because 2-3 "players" fed mid the whole game.

While riot does not record every bot game, it would be easy enough to add a feature for "vote kicking" in** bot games** to get rid of that super toxic player or bot. This ofc would lend itself to players trying to duo+ que and kick people to troll, I don't think that would be an issue if restrictions to who could be vote kicked where in place. Putting restrictions like 10 minutes plus in a game with more than x number of deaths. This would also let people get super trolls out of the game as well. To remove the chance of actual players being removed from the game they could add a captcha that you would have to answer in order to avoid the disconnect.

There's a reason most games don't ban by IP; it ends up punishing people who have nothing to do with the account in question. The only reliable way to permaban a player without punishing others on the same IP is to require a credit card, and ban the name on it...which of course you can't do in a Free-to-play model because they don't ask for one.

Now for stopping bots during individual games, sure, Captcha would work, but a lot of people hate that thing lol XD
