Give Compensation buffs to Akali, and Fizz?

Hay all, I've been meaning to say, why does 's e, feel useless like it uses too much energy and its just, its not good anymore, thank you for the Nerf on her ult, but the e Nerf was unnecessary, u should Nerf her q dmg or more importantly the spell vamp, so the actually proc doesn't instagib someone, like it currently does. And she has too many ult stacks i think 2 in enough, 3 is too much cause she already gets a reset from it. but it should give adcs some breathing room, after they flash or try to kite rather than receiving at least 2000 dmg from her r alone.

another thing i would like to add, i believe ad actually has less counter-play, then AP , at least AP u could instakill him if he got caught, and he could buy a banshees veil against him, now he just autos people to death, and there's not much you can do when hes tanky on top of that, its really difficult to handle. So pls bring to a state where hes but doesn't 100% of the time need an ultimate to kill u like let him punish more rather than his current state of killing an ADC whilst starting team-fights.

So pls, these champs need your help rito, just bring them to a state where they have reasonable counter-play, like early game, and make them mid-game dominant and force them to be terrible in lane, but when it comes to roaming make them gods.
