The starting items for Thresh really should be changed to Ancient Coin. New players are building Relic Shield and then spend the first 10 mins of the game trying to last hit minions making there ADC life a nightmare.
Also the Active for 40% move speed is crazy good for his kit.
Most players still get relic shield as it is better then coin if you know how to last hit and ping the minions you plan to last hit with. Thresh is by far the easiest meta support to last hit with because of his e and that he does damage based on how many souls he collects. Even early game this makes csing a fucking piece of cake if you just don't autoattack anyone for a few seconds before the cannon minion shows up. The recommended build should be there for people to very quickly get the very common items. On thresh the relic shield is by far the most popular item and it will stay that way even if you make the recommended item the coin.
Also, why the fuq is Shyv's starting jungle item the mana one? Noobs like me picked it and had our jungle very much hindered because of it.
