Lux being ale to ult every minion wave after getting ludens is an exaggeration. Ludens only applies 10% CDR, and Final Spark at rank 2 with 10% CDR has a 59.5 second CD. Any lux that uses thir ult to clear every minion wave without 40-45% CDR is a bad lux. Play around her cooldowns and you'll be golden.
